After you have passed the exams for all 8 courses and completed your certification program, you will gain instant access to a printable ACA certificate customized with your name and course information.
First, go to Student Center -> My Courses. Under "Completed" locate the course you have just passed. Directly to the left of it, locate the certificate icon, indicating you have successfully completed the course.
Click on the certificate icon. Your customized certificate will open up in a new window. Click on the printer icon in the top left corner of that window to print out your certificate.
NOTE: If you don't already have it, click here to install Adobe Acrobat Reader. You will need it to view and print out your certificate.
2) I forgot my student login information. How can I retrieve it?
Click here to go to the ACA login page. Once you arrive, click on the "Forgot your password" link. Follow the instructions to retrieve your login information.
3) Can I stop part way through the course and pick it back up later on?
Yes. Any progress you make in a course will be saved to our server. Next time you login, simply re-open the course and you can continue from the point you left off at previously.
4) If I am unable to pass the exam on the first try, can I re-take it?
