Penza Terrell has been involved in sports since she was a child.
Her coaching days began very early, when she was 19. Through her
many years as an athlete, coach, and parent of young athletes,
she has a unique perspective regarding youth sports. She authored
the book, Can My Kid Go Pro?, about the constant question of what
makes a young athlete able to go pro—or not.
It's pretty much common knowledge that a coach needs
