| Jeff
Koontz played sports as a youth and has been interested in coaching
since he was in college. Jeff has a wide variety of coaching experience.
He has coached both girls and boys, giving him a well-rounded
idea of the differences between how to lead the two genders. While
Jeff had no plans of coaching girls, he ended up doing it and
loving it.
As any coach can imagine, coaching the same gender
is different from coaching the opposite gender. In particular,
girls and boys tend to require different styles of motivation.
Jeff took some time to discuss how to motivate girls versus boys.
