Dennis Stahl has three decades' worth of experience as a coach. He has won a number of awards for his superior coaching and leadership skills. His many years of coaching have made him an expert about the craft of leading a team. Stahl has experienced budget cuts and has many ideas about how to survive budget cuts while also strengthening small school programs simultaneously.

Coaches have a specific job, and its job duties can sometimes get muddled. Through his years of experience, Stahl has developed a clear picture of what a coach should do in order to be successful. He discussed a successful coach's characteristics in depth.
