Pedro's Life Before ACA Certification
"I had won several championships over the years, but I was struggling to deal constructively with individual players and their strengths and weaknesses."

Pedro's Life After ACA Certification
"The course gave me specific approaches for individual and team support and management.  One good example would be when I assigned one of my lower skilled players to one of my top players.  The results were impressive.

My confidence is very high. Now I even walk with my chin up a little higher than normal!

It  gave me more insights into working with parents, and greater confidence in working with the athletic program, my assistants and  players.  For example, after my training, I was able to run a girl's basketball tournament.  The responses were very impressive, and I got a lot of compliments from other schools.

I also have a better understanding of practice planning and have more ways to reach and encourage individual players."

The Bottom Line:
"The ACA is a great comprehensive primer on coaching and athletic programs, especially because of what it covers in such a brief time period.  I would highly recommend the ACA certification program for either primary training or continuing education."
