The American Coaching Academy is always looking for passionate individuals to join our winning team. Employment opportunities ranging from internships to senior faculty members.

Our primary objective is to advance sports coaching at the youth and high school levels. We do this by seeking out the most knowledgeable experts in the sports coaching arena- professors, coaches, and psychologists and synthesizing their expertise into easy-to-understand modules.

We strive to create a curriculum that prepares coaches for the challenges they will face in their volunteer or paid positions. Students are presented real life scenarios to bring theory to life. Our approach is not about memorizing jargon to ace an exam, but instead instilling coaches with the necessary tools they can call upon when facing everyday challenges.

While the American Coaching Academy is located in Carson City, Nevada, we welcome candidates to apply from across the country. Many of our positions allow individuals to telecommute. In fact, over half of our faculty and staff live outside of Nevada!

Internship Opportunities

Every season, the American Coaching Academy welcomes resumes for candidates interested in internship opportunities. Ideal applicants are graduate students majoring in Physical Education, Sport and Exercise Science, Coaching Education, or related fields who have a keen interest in sports coaching. We're in search of hard working individuals who have strong communication skills.
